FitKidz Gymnastics offers Birthday parties to children of ages 2 and older.
We have 2 party rooms available. Only one Birthday group will be on the gym floor!
Parties can be booked on Saturdays (1 hour Gym time and 45 minutes in the Party area)
12:00-1:45pm (12:00-1:00pm gym floor/1:00-1:45pm Party room/Cake and presents)
1:00-2:45pm (1:00-2:00pm gym floor/ 2:00-2:45pm Party room/Cake and presents)
2:00-3:45pm (2:00-3:00pm gym floor/3:00-3:45pm Party room/Cake and presents)
3:00-4:45pm (3:00-4:00pm gym floor/ 4:00-4:45pm Party area/Cake and presents)
Time slots fill fast, so we recommend booking early!
Attire:
All children must be properly dressed for their Gymnastics party. All accessory clothing must be free of buttons, buckles, zippers, or hoods to prevent injury to the gymnast and damage to the apparatus. There is No JEWELERY allowed on the gym floor.
No jeans, jewelry, belts or dresses. Bare feet.
Hair tied back , no gum, drinks or food on the floor, just bring energy for fun!
We supply the coaches, table cloths , balloons and the party room. You can bring in your own food, drinks (water bottles are preferred) and themed decoration.
Payment:
Deposit: A $50 deposit is required. If party is cancelled less than a week in advanced no refund will be given. Otherwise the deposit will be put toward your full amount owing.
The gymnastics BC release waiver (download form below) must be dropped off at the gym
No later than Wednesday before the Party including a Non refundable $50.00 deposit at time of registration.
Only the registered children on the party waiver are allowed on the floor.
Please note that all participants 3 years of age or younger must have an accompanying parent within hands reach of the child at all times.
Parents are NOT allowed to jump on the trampolines or use any of our equipment. This includes balance beams, rings, bars, and everything else inside the gym.
