1. Fees must be paid prior to first class. Registration is NOT complete until full payment has been received! Your child will be placed on a waiting list until all fees have been collected!  Regardless of class participating at.
2. All monthly post-dated Cheques and one time Credit Card payments are subject to a 1.5% handling and processing fee!!  All monthly automatic Credit card withdrawals are subject to a 2.5% convenience/processing fee.
3. Cash payments in full only!
4. Annual non-refundable $35.00 (Recreational Fee) -$85.00 Interclub, $125.00 (Competitive Fee) BCGA registration/Insurance and membership fee must be paid prior to first class!
5. Forms/waivers MUST be signed!

Class cancellation:
You may cancel your child's enrollment within 2 weeks (2 classes) into the program, no questions asked.
You must hand in the Drop-Out form at the front desk and drop it off before the month's end!  

Money returned will be pro-rated, AS OF THE FIRST OF THE UPCOMING MONTH.
(less the non-refundable BCGA and a $10.00 office fee) 
A full refund less the  BCGA registration/ insurance and membership fee will be returned if the child drops out after the first class. A credit will be available after the 3rd week of gymnastics.
Credits can be used for camps, Pro-d-days, re-registration or drop ins only!!!!! 
Drop in Punch passes are transferable to the next (ONE) season AND FAMILY/TEEN DROP INS only!!!
(Gymnastics BC fee will have to be renewed as of Sept. 1 of each new season)
Credits expire 12 months after the drop out date! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Class cancellation by Fitkidz:

Classes will run depending on minimum registration requirements. A minimum of 6 gymnasts/participants/class are required.  We reserve the right to cancel or combine classes with low registration.

All cancelled classes will be rescheduled.
In case of illness you may make up the missed class/max 3classes per session .  Please arrange with the front desk staff!  (NO make-up classes during the last 2 weeks of the session/term!!!)

Camps (Pro-D/ Winter/March Break/Summer Camps, special occasion camps) are non refundable.
Late pick up for classes if not offered or arranged by Fitkidz
1/2 (5-30 minutes)- $15.00/child +GST
1 hour (35-60 minutes)- $25.00/child +GST

Discounts:
No discount for 2. sibling. 
10 % discount of lowest fee for 3. sibling.

Any families applying for funding MUST apply ahead of first class in order to allow for paper work and approval by the sponsor.  The Gymnastics BC registration/membership fee is due prior to first class and MUST be paid before child enters the gym! Fitkidz will ask for a post-dated cheque to cover the first month of classes. (We will only deposit it if funding has not been received)  We will return this cheque to you once we receive the funding or are notified of the approval by the sponsor!  Any funding received by Fitkidz after the second month will automatically be offered as a credit for more classes or returned to the sponsor!!!
